Boot camp has been great! I've enjoyed it, and have been amazed at what I've been able to do. Before the first session, I was a little concerned about whether I'd be able to keep up, do all the exercises, etc., but I need not have worried. Roger, is really good at what he does, and is both encouraging motivating and low-key at the same time

(a great combination, in my humble opinion). I also appreciate his ability to modify exercises for my shoulder as needed and to correct my form if it's off so I get all the

benefits of the exercises and avoid injury. I think adding boot camp to my exercise plan has made a substantial difference in my fitness, strength, and muscle tone. In addition, my husband has been quite impressed with what I'm doing at boot camp, and has commented on that to my super-athletic

daughters. I'm so glad that I came with a friend that first time! I would definitely be interested in a Fall session.

I have been working with Roger for almost a year now. In that time I've seen my body fat % go from 20% to 15.5%. These numbers may speak for themselves, however, numbers aren't all that matter. I feel better, I have more energy and I have begun to really enjoy being fit. During our first meeting Roger and I talked about my fitness goals, and what I did and didn't like. Roger has done a great job of personalizing my experience; he mixes up the workout with activities that I enjoy and then every now and again he pushes me to try something new. All of this has added up to a very successful year. I look forward to continuing, and setting even tougher fitness goals for myself.

I am part of the group that meets Tues/Thurs mornings at the Caboose in Vienna for Boot Camp. Roger has set up a program that keeps us motivated and moving! With few rest breaks, we are getting a good solid hour of cardio, core and strength training. Roger works with us as a group but also pays close attention to our individual needs/abilities. He is educated and very willing to share his knowledge with us. Looking forward to a Fall session!

When my long-time personal trainer moved out of town, I wasn't sure I'd be able to find someone who could help me continue to meet my fitness and strength goals. In the 10 months that I've been working with Roger, I have not only continued my progress, but have learned new information and new strength and cardio exercises. Roger knows his stuff, explains how exercises affect different muscles and varies the workouts so boredom is never an issue! I feel challenged by Roger because he individualizes the program for his clients. He also pays attention to any "twinges" or injuries so I never worry about getting hurt when training with him. Roger also practices what he preaches. He maintains a fitness and health regimen that is a great example for his clients.
